Finance and Investment Committee
The Finance and Investment Committee consists of five (5) members including the Mayor, Mayor Pro Tem, City Treasurer, City Administrator, and Director of Finance.
Meetings of the Finance and Investment Committee are held as deemed necesary by members of the Committee.
Powers and Duties
- Assists in developing five-year capital budgets and revenue projections
- Reviews the annual budget and makes recommendations to City Council
- Studies all fiscal issues in order to recommend possible improvements and economization
- Prepares and issues a quarterly report describing changes to the City’s investments as well as a summary of financial activities from the prior quarter and a forecast of financial activity for the next quarter
