Placentia Tiny Tots

The City of Placentia is now offering an all-new Tiny Tots kindergarten readiness program for children ages 3 to 5 years old. The Tiny Tots program provides an introduction to the alphabet, numbers, colors, shapes, sharing, taking turns, following directions, and taking responsibility for his/her actions. We enhance the children's social/emotional development and fine motor skills through planned activities that involve indoor/outdoor play, group activities, arts and crafts, reading stories, music, and so much more. The Tiny Tots program is designed to prepare the children for a successful transition into kindergarten. The program also provides the children with a light snack and refreshments along with supplies and materials required for all activities.

You will need to send your child with a lunch, water bottle, and extra clothing in a clear plastic bag labeled with their first and last name. Participating children must be fully potty-trained and no pull-ups are allowed. Your child will be dropped from the program if he/she has pull-ups.

Registration is now open online at or in-person at City Hall Community Services Department. Please feel free to contact the Placentia Community Services Department at (714) 993-8232, for any further questions.
