The Human Resources Division provides centralized human resources services for the City in the areas of:

  • Classification
  • Disciplinary actions
  • Employee relations
  • Recruitment / testing
  • Retirements
  • Related issues
  • Salary and benefits

The Human Resources division is also responsible for processing workers compensation claims.

Programs

The Human Resources division administers the following programs and claims:

  • Employee safety program
  • Employee development program
  • Employee health and welfare programs
  • Equal employment opportunity plan
