The nomination period is July 13 to August 7, 2020.
The City Clerk recommends that potential candidates make an appointment to assist Staff in complying with social distancing guidelines.

Each City Council seat and the City Treasurer seat has a four (4) year term expiring in December 2024. The City Clerk seat has a two (2) year term and expires in 2022.

How to Vote
To register to vote you must be:
- A United States citizen
- At least 18 years of age on or before the date of the next election
- Not in prison or on parole for a felony conviction
To vote in an election you must be registered to vote at least 15 days prior to the election date. Voter registrations are filed by county; be sure to re-register every time you move, change your name, or change your political party choice.
