- Citizens Oversight Committee
The Citizens’ Oversight Committee consists of three (3) members who serve for a period of four (4) years. As long as those bodies exist, two of the members shall come from the Citizens Fiscal Sustainability Task force and one from the Financial Audit Oversight Committee. All members are appointed by the City Council and serve at the discretion of the Council.

The Citizens’ Oversight Committee shall meet at least once annually in City Hall.

Reviews the expenditure of funds generated by Ordinance O-2018-08 (enacting a local transactions and use tax adopted by the electorate in November 2018) and to provide an annual report to the City Council on those expenditures. The report shall also be published on the City’s website.
