Celebrate Placentia's Centennial At Our 1st Annual 5K Run!

Join us for our first annual 5K run on Saturday, June 27, 2026! Enjoy the festivities before and after the event. Check our point-to-point downhill 5K, sure to be the location for many new personal best times for our runners and an easy stroll for our walkers. Learn more below and register here!

Race Day Timeline (June 27, 2026)

6:30 a.m. – Registration & packet pick-up. Arrive at least 30 minutes before your race start time to check in and pick up your race bib. If you have friends registering on race day, please remind them to arrive at least 15 minutes early.

7:00 a.m. - Vendor booths open

7:20 a.m. - Warm-up

7:30 a.m. - 5K run/walk starts at Tri City Park

9:00 a.m. - 1K Kids Run starts at Kraemer Park

9:45 a.m. - Entertainment at Kraemer Park

Directions & Parking

  • This is a point-to-point race. You will park at Tuffree Middle School by entering through the Tuffree Park lot near the Pickleball Courts. The City will provide shuttle buses back to the park after you finish your race.

Everyone who registers and completes the course will receive a finisher medal & a race t-shirt! Check back here to see them when they are revealed closer to race day!
