The City's new garage sale ordinance is now in effect!

The City of Placentia's Municipal and Zoning codes were developed to protect the residential atmosphere of your neighborhood and prevent unsafe and unsightly use of property.

Permit

Please download and submit the Garage Sale Permit Application (PDF) to the Code Enforcement Division at least three days before your garage sale. The division can be contacted at:
